Planning, scheduling and staffing, coordinating, and delivering of all routine patient care services for designated agency size of more than $10 million in budgeted net revenue per year.Special assignments as directed by the Director Home Care ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state and federal regulations and standards including The Joint Commission.Works in conjunction with Director of Nursing and Home Care Supervisors to conduct quality improvement quarterly committee meetings, review of patient satisfaction data, conduct follow-up visits with referral sources and follow up with negative patient satisfaction surveys.Ensures identified deficiencies are attended to and resolved in a timely manner.Assures documentation, communication, and follow up occurs and completed with corporate responsibility for any complaints.Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to positionAnalyze systems and processes and problem solve solutionsRequirements:
RN (Registered Nurse) licenseAssociate's nursing3 years home care experience and 3 years supervisory role in a related fieldPreferred Bachelor's Nursing, Business, Finance or AccountingPreferred 1 year accounting, finance, and budgeting experienceEqual Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
