Join our team as a Home Health Aide in Hospice bringing comfort and dignity to our patients! 

In this position you will work 40 hours every two weeks; Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm, every 4th to 5th weekend rotation. Hospice coverage would primarily include, but not limited to, the Ortonville, Madison and Appleton area.

JOB SUMMARY: The Hospice Aide provides personal care and light household services to Hospice clients on an intermittent, part-time basis under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with a medically approved plan of care. The length of the assignment varies based upon client needs.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

High School diploma or GED Home Health Aide/Homemaker or CNA certification from a Minnesota Department of Health approved program Basic Life Support certification Must maintain a valid State of MN Driver’s License and properly insured motor vehicle.
