Assists professional personnel to provide patient care according to department and hospital standards. Completes other supportive tasks necessary to the functioning of the department under the supervision of a Case Manager.

Work Schedule: 1.0 FTE: M-F, 8AM-4:30pm with every 5th weekend rotation

 

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver’s license and meet all criteria required under Lakeview’s Automobile Liability Guidelines Must have MN or WI CNA certificate upon start date. Must provide proof of MN and WI CNA certificates within 4 months of start, if both MN and WI CNA certificates are not present on start date. Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider) Must be age 18 or older and have at least 1 year of driving experience.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior nursing assistance experience
