Work Location: This position is responsible for Jackson and Josephine counties

Job description:

Home Health Aides (HHA) work under the guidance of an RN or LPN to provide whole-person quality care to patients in need. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications: 

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. 2 years’ experience in a health care setting providing hands on patient care, OR Nursing student with current CNA.
