Job description:
Under the supervision of a registered nurse provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire. Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License within 30 days of hire. 2 years experience or, Nursing student with current CNA.
