BayCare's staffing resource office (SRO) is currently in search of our newest **Home Health, seasonal RN** who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We offer 13-week assignments that can be extended up to 26-weeks if the office continues to have a need. + **Facility:** Dunedin, Sarasota and Tampa homecare offices + **Location:** varies (assignments are based on needs of the system) + **Status:** Pool/PRN + **Shift Hours:** 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - Fridays + **Weekend Work:** 1 Weekend Rotation a month + **On Call:** Yes + **Home visits in assigned service area:** Hillsborough, Manatee or Pinellas Counties **BayCare offers a competitive total reward package including:** + Benefits (Medical after 30-days) + Tuition reimbursement + Mileage reimbursement + 401k match and additional yearly contribution + Yearly performance appraisals and team award bonus + Community discounts and more The Home Health RN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. **Responsibilities include:** + Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient + Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines + Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders + Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits + Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor **Required Certifications and Licensures:** + BLS (Basic Life Support) + RN (Registered Nurse) License + Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire) **Education:** + Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing + Preferred Bachelor's Nursing **Experience:** + Required 2-years Registered Nurse experience in home health setting.
