We have Registered Nurse (RN) float nursing pool opportunities available for skilled Home Health nurses in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas. This position allows you the flexibility to work 10-12 shifts per month doing home health visits with patients in **_Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery Countie_** **_s_** and provides a premium rate differential plus mileage reimbursement. **As a Regional Float Nurse with Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA you will:** + Learn and expand your clinical skills caring for clinically complex level patients in the home. + Perform 5-6 visits per day throughout the region, focusing on 1:1 care with each patient. + Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plan, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and comfort care. + Perform client assessments, provide education to the patient and/or their family, and monitor patients' condition. **Requirements:** + Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA. + Previous home health experience required. + Ability to travel throughout the region based on our census. + Ability to deliver patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability. + Must commit to 10-12 shifts per month. + **OASIS experience required, HCHB experience preferred** _**Compensation:_ + _Based on experience – approximately $75 per point for regional float RN role***_ + _Start of Care (SOC) visits = 2.5 points_ **As an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider, BAYADA complies with all state/local mandates.** BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc., and its associated entities and joint venture partners, are Equal Opportunity Employers.
