BayCare HomeCare is currently in search of our newest Per Visit Home Health Occupational Therapist Assistant who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. The Home Health OTA provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. Responsibilities include:

Assists the Occupational Therapist with the administration of interventions utilized in occupational therapy and rehabilitationProgress patients in the treatment plan as developed by the Occupational Therapist.

 

Required Certifications and Licensures:

BLS (Basic Life Support)OTA (Occupational Therapist Assistant) LicenseDriver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)

Education:

Required Associates (Occupational Therapy Assistant)

Experience:

Required 1 year Occupational Therapy AssistantPreferred 1 year Home Care
