This position functions in a dual role performing duties of a liaison and clinical RN. As a liaison, the position is responsible for creating and maintaining positive customer relations for home infusion and other-in-home services programs as appropriate throughout the assigned hospitals/clinics.  Work involves assuring appropriate documentation for compliance with facility/agency and statutory guidelines.  Consultative functions include, but are not limited to: providing consultation and information regarding patient appropriateness home infusion services and/or other in-home services programs.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License. Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. 1 year Acute care nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training Infusion Nurse Society (CRNI). Home health or home infusion. Prior sales experience.
