The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members. He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.

Required Qualifications:
Associate's Degree Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 1 year Experience in home health, acute care or a skilled nursing facility.
