Description of the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Home Health RN to join our team at BrightStar Care of TX - Irving / Dallas Metro in Irving, Texas.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a home setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Assess patient's condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Texas Prior experience in home health or a similar setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
