Job description:

The Registered Nurse provides care to sick, disabled and/or injured persons in their home environment under the direction of a physician and in collaboration with other team members.  He/she assesses individual and family health needs, collaborates in the development of a nursing care plan, carries out nursing skills, teaches health management concepts and consults appropriate resources within the organization and community.

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in Nursing degree/diploma from school of nursing. Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire. This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. The NPI process is free, and the application may take several weeks to process. Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or higher within 3 years of hire. 1 year of recent home health, acute care or skilled nursing facility.
