Job Description:At Regions, the Home Improvement Financing Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, initiatives, promotions, and communications related to specific products. This position defines competitive market requirements and opportunities and provides ongoing marketing support that ensures the competitiveness of existing products.
Regions Home Improvement Financing, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and independent contractors to provide Point-of-Sale financing capabilities. This enables these partners to provide homeowners with an additional option to pay for various improvements to their homes, benefitting both the contractor partner and the homeowner.
Primary Responsibilities
Takes responsibility for internal and external integrated marketing strategies and communications development for specific productsAssists with the management of marketing collateral, sales tools, direct marketing, web content, intranet content, and client communications and toolsEnsures compliance and branding efforts are in line with internal RequirementsProvides marketing support during product changes or initiativesManages a marketing budgetEnsures the in-house system used to review all marketing materials is maintained and functionalDevelops and implements disaster response marketing to support areas when requestedEnsures timely communication of product initiatives and creates collateral to support market strategy, as well as system changes and integrationWorks occasionally with agencies for project initiativesCollaborates with senior management to develop and clearly communicate goals and objectives where appropriateThis job is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and five (5) years of experience in marketing and/or project managementOr Associate's degree in Marketing or related field and seven (7) years of experience in marketing and/or project managementOr High School Diploma or GED and nine (9) years of experience in marketing and/or project managementSkills and Competencies

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
