Summary:
The Section Manager 2- Operations manages through section supervisors and/or subordinates, multiple functions or an area which is comprised of professional and clerical staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage, Monitor, and Maintain the Home Lending Support Help Desk SharePoint Site daily.Manage and Monitor the Mortgage Loan Assumption process.Manage and Monitor the Mortgage and Consumer Lending Flood Review processes.Assist with implementing new procedures and Job Aids to make the area more efficient and in compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions.Represent and participate in Home Lending projects and Net Oxygen system upgrades and enhancements. Provide Subject Matter Expert assistance when applicable.Assist with resolving issues that are strategic or compliance related. Collaborate with other areas and stakeholders to address and resolve any risk related issues.Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management. Establishes quality of service level for the area and ensures colleagues are meeting the SLA daily.Performs other duties as assigned.Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent7 or more years of mortgage operations experience including management/supervisory experience

Compensation Range:
$80,000-$90,000 Annual SalaryThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
