Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Home Loan Specialist. This is an entry level role supporting various channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities: * Perform routine data entry and validation tasks * The Home Loan Specialist will initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Review and validate loan documents * Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses * Monitor work queues and intervening as needed * The Home Loan Specialist will perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
