Position Summary

The Home Marketing Consultant will work closely with our Acquisitions, Renovations and Disposition teams to provide vital information that ensures the success of our properties. This role will also meet our customers on-site to educate them on the home selling process, as well as explain our services and more.

Essential Functions 

Perform on-site property evaluation for homes Offerpad is purchasingEducate our customers about our services.Provide Excellent customer service as the Homeowners primary contactProvide accurate detailed reportsAdhere to strict timelinesIdentify repairs that need to be made to homeMake Recommendations to upgrade the homes features to maximize profitabilityTake professional pictures and write reports that document findings to the Inspections teamQuality control inspection at completion of renovationsVisit listed properties, and define best strategy to get the home sold

Minimum Qualifications

3+ years of inspecting and evaluating residential real estate properties, or relevant work-related experience Must be organized & able to prioritizeOutstanding 'can do' attitudeWorks well in a deadline driven environmentMust have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportationRoad Warrior with knowledge of the Metro area

Preferred Qualifications  

Bachelor’s Degree preferredReal estate license strongly preferred
