Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our growing Homecare team. The ideal candidate will answer phone calls, handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations and excellent customer service for clients and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming phone calls and emails Maintain client and employee records. Assist with billing, invoicing, and payroll processing as needed. Handle general office duties, including filing and data entry. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Qualifications:
