VNA Health Group is seeking a motivated Homecare Extended Hours Triage Manager to join our dedicated team. This position plays a critical role in providing clinical oversight and supervising services within our Extended Hours department

 

*Position Requires a minimum of 2 weekends per months and all company holidays*

Responsibilities Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workersProvides clinical oversight and support to Extended Hours staffTriages phone calls during evening and overnight hours and arranges visit with on-call  staff as necessaryReceives, enters, and assigns referralsProvides direction and leadership to the Extended Hours staff on a regular basisAdheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearanceOmission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position Qualifications RN licensure, BSN preferred3 years community health nurse experience preferredStrong computer skills  Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and interpersonal skills

 Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Business Office Environment with phone and computer use
