Join Our Team at Family Services of Central MA as a Homemaker!

 

Pay: $17.00 Hour

 

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals to assist individuals and families with essential household tasks in a supportive and respectful environment. As a Homemaker, you will help individuals live comfortably and independently by providing a variety of services under the direction of a field supervisor.

Responsibilities Assist with shopping, menu planning, and meal preparationPerform light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and moppingClean the kitchen, bathroom, and change bedsHandle laundry and dishwashingPick up prescriptions and run essential errands Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalentValid drivers' license and reliable transportation for frequent travelCompletion of Homemaker Orientation training (3 hours) upon hireCompletion of 37-hour Homemaker training program within 6 monthsOngoing state-required staff development training (6 hours per year)
