As a Homeowner Support Manager, you will perform remote triage, scheduling, and administrative activities in order to ensure rapid response to all incoming homeowner requests. You will primarily serve as first reviewer and possible point of contact for all requests. Provide all requested information to the homeowner for contact information only requests – colors, trades, manufacturer, warranty timelines, etc. Provide clear direction and information to the receiving Homeowner Service Manager when a request is reassigned. Verify with Homeowner Service Manager that emergency requests have been timely addressed.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred; at least 2-3 years of administrative, and/or customer service experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Must have a minimum of 1 year active Corrigo Warranty System Administration experience. Specific knowledge of warranty guidelines as well as State of Florida building codes. High level of attention to detail and organization skills required.
