Champion Homes Center has an immediate opening for a Manufactured Housing sales professional In the Chicago land area. Champion Homes Center is a direct retailer for Champion Homes, the largest publicly held manufactured home producer in the country.\n

We provide affordable housing solutions for families in Chicago and the surrounding area, with a safe and enjoyable place to call home.\n

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled individual with a proven track record of performance. A successful applicant would possess:\n\nHonesty\nHigh moral values\nIntegrity\nProfessionalism\nHigh desire to succeed\nMUST speak fluent Spanish to be considered\nPrior Manufactured Home experience preferred\n\n

Job responsibilities:\n\nMeeting monthly\/quarterly sales goals\nMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction\nProspecting, marketing & promoting new business\nFollow up with prospects throughout the sales process\nWorking & communicating effectively with customers & team-members\nUnderstanding the loan process\n\n

Job Requirements:\n\nAbility to work Saturdays, early evenings & some holidays (5 day work week)\nProven closing\/negotiation skills\nStrong communication skills both verbal & written\nGreat listening skills & creative problem-solving with the ability to find the root cause, as well as a solution.\nProactive follow-up with prospective customers\nPrevious high-end sales preferred but not necessary.\nFollow through with commitments\nAn ability to bring energy & enthusiasm to the work place\nAbility to work as part of a team, as well as individually\nStrong organizational skills, as well as the ability to prioritize\n\n
