Homes.com is growing quickly and we’re looking for a powerhouse development team, based in Irvine CA to accelerate our growth.  Our team is seeking an accomplished Technical Team Lead, Software Engineer to join our team in supporting multiple software products and brands across the organization, such as www.homes.com and www.homesnap.com. You will have a direct impact on highly visible Homes web applications that touch millions of users. You continuously learn emerging technologies and architecture advancements and apply the learnings to improve Homes’ software products

This position is located in Irvine, CA and offers a hybrid schedule of 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited, not for profit university or college (preferably in Computer Science or a related field)A track record of commitment to prior employers 10+ years of development experienceExperience in Web based and Database technologiesSolid web development and troubleshooting skillsSolid experience with the following technologies: C#, ASP.NET, SQL ServerExperience in developing Server Side Rendered and Single Page Web ApplicationsExperience in fast paced Agile Scrum environments.Proficiency in Continuous Delivery best practicesUnderstanding & implementation of automated test processesStrong project management skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to communicate at a level appropriate to the audience (direct reports, peers and senior management)Excellent team building, negotiation and consensus building abilitiesAbility to motivate and build high performance software development teams

Preferred Qualifications And Skills

1+ years of team leadership experienceFamiliarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or React is highly desiredExperience with AWS EC2/ECS/S3/RDS/SQS/Aurora/Lambda is highly desiredExperience with MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Elastic SearchCommercial Real Estate knowledge is a bonus

This position offers a base salary range of $125,000.00 - $223,000, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
