Join us and we can make a difference together. **About this role:** This 2025 Spring Homestead High School Career Internship program provides a unique opportunity for a High School student to gain hands-on experience in the field of sales, marketing, engineering and business development. This role will provide practical learning experience that will complement academic studies, preparing students for a successful career. **Key Responsibilities:** + Work directly with our industry-leading Sales Professionals and manufacturing team on key customer projects. + Gain an understanding of the technical design aspects of our products through lab and engineering projects. + Be exposed to the many facets of UTEC's businesses: Service, Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, and much more. You will assist the UTEC team with tasks deeply rooted in each of these facets. + Learn our business from numerous internal perspectives as you assist other vital departments to achieve customer goals. + Develop communication, project management skills, and sales/engineering experience. + Study and apply expertise using SAP, Windchill, and Microsoft Office applications. + Gain an understanding of the HVAC market. **Basic Qualifications:** + Must be a current Senior in High School + Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications:** + Good organization skills + Good customer service + Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite \#Early Careers \#LI-On-site RSRCAR **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
