Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Lowell-Tewksbury area/Monday through Friday/8:00 am to 5:00 pm
As a Hospice CNA with Elara Caring, you’ll provide essential personal care, assist with health-related services, and perform additional tasks to support our clients. Your role is key to maintaining a safe and clean environment, collaborating closely with patients and families, and communicating any observations or issues to your supervisor.

What You’ll Do:As a Hospice Aide, you’ll play a vital role in providing personal health care and support services to patients in their homes. You’ll help create a safe, comfortable environment, while working closely with patients, families, and your team to ensure the highest standard of care.
Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Patient & Family Support: Work compassionately with patients and their loved ones, ensuring they feel safe and cared for.
Communication: Keep your supervisor updated on patient conditions and any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth and effective care delivery.
Safe & Clean Environment: Help maintain a hygienic and orderly space for patients in their homes.
Requirements:Education: High school diploma or GED.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant.
Training: Completion of a state-approved Hospice Aide training program, meeting requirements under 42 CFR §484.36, along with a competency evaluation.
Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
