You’ll help create a safe, comfortable environment, while working closely with patients, families, and your team to ensure the highest standard of care. + **Personal Care:** Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. + **Patient & Family Support:** Work compassionately with patients and their loved ones, ensuring they feel safe and cared for. + **Communication:** Keep your supervisor updated on patient conditions and any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth and effective care delivery. + **Safe & Clean Environment:** Help maintain a hygienic and orderly space for patients in their homes. **Requirements:** + **Education:** High school diploma or GED. + **Experience:** At least 1 year of experience as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant. + **Training:** Completion of a state-approved Hospice Aide training program, meeting requirements under 42 CFR §484.36, along with a competency evaluation. + **Transportation:** Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
