We are currently seeking a Clinical Liaison (Hospice) in the Austin area who shares our passion for providing dignified, compassionate end-of-life care. This person will be covering the Austin and surrounding areas.

Qualifications: 

LVN or RN license is preferred, but not required  Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation is required  Knowledge and experience working with hospice patients/families, either professionally or as a volunteer is highly preferred  Must clear a criminal background check, physical and drug screening

What you'll be doing: 

A clinical liaison serves as an advocate for patients beginning at the pre-admissions process and continuing until the patient is discharged from the medical facility Collaborating with sales, marketing and clinical teams by actively sourcing hospice referrals from healthcare providers Reviews Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and consent signings with patients and/or families Performs comprehensive nursing assessment and evaluation for appropriateness of hospice admission Supports the Hospice service line in developing and maintaining sales and marketing plans, strategies, and public relations opportunities to promote and communicate the Silverado vision and mission statement Anticipated pay range$90,000—$95,000 USD
