The Mary T Family of Companies is seeking a full-time CNA to work within our Hospice clients in the Twin Cities metro area. 

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for providing personal cares, nurse-delegated tasks, observation and documentation as required by the individual's care plan, with the ultimate goal of helping each client to maintain their highest level of physical and emotional well-being.

Minnesota CNA Certification is required. 

Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week), daytime hours (8a-4p), Monday - Friday. 

REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:                                     

Graduate of a recognized nursing assistant program and in good standing with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry                                                                            

CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:      

Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate Valid driver’s license & insurance

EXPERIENCE:                                     

1-year CNA experience in a Home Care or Hospice Agency, preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to pass a background check Ability to work independently and use good problem-solving skills Ability to demonstrate good judgment and observation skills Ability to deal tactfully and compassionately with clients, their family members and other staff to exhibit good customer service skills at all times Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic computer skills
