What You’ll Do

Administer individualized care plans for assigned patientsAdminister patients’ medications accurately safely and consistent with the patients condition and plan of careComplete thorough concise and accurate patient care documentationProvide physical educational and emotional support to patients as well as their friends and families. 
Qualifications

What You’ll Need

Current LPN license that allows you to practice in our stateIf hired in a NE facility, approved LPN-IV therapy course required if LPN program completed outside of NE or in Nebraska completed prior to 2016 or validation of prior LPN-C required upon hire. Graduate of an accredited nursing programBasic Life Support (BLS) requiredAdditional certification or licensure may be required for some specialty areas
