Educational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of fellowship training, from clinical supervision to program management, ensuring fellows develop the skills necessary to become future leaders in Hospice and Palliative Care.Collaborative Program Management: Work alongside faculty and, when applicable, Associate Program Directors to develop an innovative curriculum and foster a nurturing educational environment.Lead by Example: Balance clinical expertise with program leadership, ensuring the highest quality of compassionate care and educational excellence.What You Bring:
