Responsibilities

Develop and implement the volunteer training and orientation program for Phoenix Provide volunteers with assignments. Reviews plan of care (if necessary) before patient visit. Maintain volunteer personnel files Attend meeting and activities Maintain monthly stats Foster open line of communication with volunteers Periodic supervisory visits Volunteer performance evaluations Ensuring time sheets and visit notes are completed and submitted Review visit notes to ensure the plan of care is being followed Assume responsibility for self-development by continually striving to improve practice through formal education, workshops, conferences, and professional organizations.
