All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full-Time/ Day **Shift** : Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm **Location:** Great Lakes Region **The role you’ll contribute:** Coordinates the activities of the department **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Responsible for the direction of volunteers and coordination of services provided by volunteers + Recruit, interview, select, and retain volunteers to support the patient census + Train and monitor volunteers based on the volunteers’ strengths and weaknesses. + Monitor volunteers’ status and work load + Informs volunteers of policies, procedures, and standards of volunteer service **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **Minimum qualifications:** + Office experience + Maintain a current, valid Driver's License in good standing with a safe driving record and a reliable vehicle. **Preferred qualifications:** + Associate's Degree in a related field + An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted at the discretion of the Director. + Volunteer Services or related field + Office experience required.
