Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic veterinary hospital? Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital (VESH) located in South Deerfield, is looking for a Hospital Administrative Assistant to help keep our hospital running smoothly!
Compensation:

$18 - $20Anticipated Schedule:Part time! 25 hours weekly.Monday – Friday ,10a – 3pAbout the Job:
As a key support to our Hospital Director, Operations Supervisor/HR Manager, OSHA/DEA Officer, and Inventory Specialist, you’ll play an essential role in daily hospital operations, including:Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new employeesManaging and filing personnel records, medical records, and vendor invoicesOverseeing dosimetry badge maintenance and quarterly swapsHandling client-related tasks, such as managing forgotten items and unclaimed prescriptionsOrganizing employee engagement activities and eventsData entry and administrative support as neededManaging cremains organization and client returnsInventory Support Responsibilities:Verifying received items and ensuring accurate inventory trackingDistributing and cycling inventory for proper stock managementMonitoring expiration dates and assisting with mandatory inventory countsAbout You:You possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills aimed at establishing positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community.You have the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs, including navigating stairsYou are able to work well independently and in a team environment, leading by example.You exhibit flexibility, dependability, responsibility, and possesses excellent attention to detail.You understand the importance of maintaining a positive, respectful, uplifting hospital culture and genuinely love working with people who share that same value.Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.
