Hospital Cleaner
Job Title: Cleaner

Job Description

The individual will be responsible for cleaning hospital rooms in the hospital. Mostly discharges (when someone is discharged and the room is sanitized in between patients). There will be a ton of walking involved so candidate must be comfortable being on their feet all day. They will wipe down equipment, empty trash, sweep floor, and dust. They will clean up spills, mop and swipe down surfaces as needed. There are multiple floors so attention to detail is important.

Work Environment

Very fast-paced. As a #1 trauma center, there is a lot an employee may see that would be jarring to an average individual. Must be patient with the work environment. New employees may experience delays in receiving their badge, requiring patience and adaptability. The schedule includes rotating shifts, requiring work every other weekend and every other major holiday. There are openings on day shift (7:00am - 3:30pm), second shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm), and night shift (11:00pm - 7:30am).

This is a Contract position based out of Danville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00
