Hospital Education Manager (Towson, Full Time)

General Summary:

With general oversight from the Hospital Education Director, the Hospital Education Manager will be responsible for daily and ongoing operations of the department, including planning educational offerings, updating programming, and supervising department staff. Position requires occasional travel to the Baltimore/Washington Campus. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Master’s degree in education, nursing, or related field. At least 2 years of progressively more responsible clinical education experience. Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Social Worker (LCSW-C) or Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland is strongly preferred. Prior experience managing people preferred. Will be required to obtain and maintain certification in CPR and CPI; must complete training to be a super-user of Sunrise EMR. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.

Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.
