You belong on a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your role. **Responsibilities** + Clean offices, patients’/residents’ rooms, dorms, classrooms, schools, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas, and any other areas that may require attention. + Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, and vacuum hallways, stairs, and office spaces. + Perform hard-surface floor scrubbing, stripping, and refinishing, as well as carpet spotting and extraction, which require the use of mechanical equipment. + Participate in the maintenance of wood floors, such as in gymnasiums or dance studios, including cleaning, screening, stripping, sanding, and refinishing. + Clean light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows, and window coverings. + Use cleaning chemicals properly and safely per manufacturer and company standards. + Empty trash and garbage containers. + Replenish supplies and materials. + Change sheets and replenish linens as needed. + Perform routine equipment maintenance and make minor repairs. + Drive a golf cart or other vehicles if required. + Move furniture and set up tables and chairs. + Notify supervisor concerning any need for maintenance repairs or additions observed. + Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures. + Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner. + Participate in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments. + Apply all applicable OSHA and related local safety requirements to all assigned work. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.38 - $17.12/hr.
