**Job Title: Plumber** **Job Description** Responsible for the integrity, maintenance, testing, repair, modification and documentation of the facilities' steam distribution systems, condensate return systems, natural gas distribution, hot and cold domestic water systems, medical gas delivery systems, distilled and de-ionized water systems, effluent and waste piping, and fire sprinkler systems. Responsible for repairing, maintaining, upgrading, testing, and documenting all related system components as required by AHJ and HMC policy. Must interact with and operate the computerized maintenance management system to record all maintenance activities. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, test, repair, and modify steam distribution systems, condensate return systems, and natural gas distribution. + Maintain, test, repair, and modify hot and cold domestic water systems, medical gas delivery systems, and distilled and de-ionized water systems. + Maintain, test, repair, and modify effluent and waste piping, and fire sprinkler systems. + Document all maintenance activities and system modifications. + Operate computerized maintenance management system to record activities. + Adhere to AHJ and HMC policy requirements. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $33.22 - $38.03 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
