This position is allocated for an ABIM certified/eligible physician trained in hospital medicine.

Hospitalist (Internal Medicine)

About this role:

We are searching for collaborative hospitalists to join an inpatient team rotating at hospitals throughout the Salt Lake Valley.

This position includes a $15,000 starting bonus, relocation assistance (determined by distance), and a Value Recognition Payment up to $20,000 annually based on meeting quality goals, thoughtful stewardship of our healthcare system, and achieving high standards in performance reviews as they relate to citizenshipYou will practice at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, UT, Alta View Hospital in Sandy, UT, and LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, UT.While the majority of shifts will be days, a balance of swing and night shifts will also be necessary

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicineResidency training Internal MedicineBoard certification or eligibility in Internal MedicineActive, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain oneAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing processCurrent BLS Certification is required before the first day of employment
