Responsibilities The Hospitalist Resource RN functions in a supportive role to the Divisional Manager Hospitalist Operations, VP of Clinical Outcomes and the Chief Medical Officer to support the Hospitalist Strategy and delivery of clinical excellence. The Hospitalist Resource RN collaborates with the contracted Hospitalist MD and other care team leaders to achieve success in achieving the process and outcome measures supporting the Hospitalist Scorecard. Supports physician strategy development and execution, operational development, and improvement. The Hospitalist RN serves as a change agent with the Hospitalist groups and supports conflict resolution. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. Reports to the Divisional Manager, Hospitalist Operations. Qualifications Education: - Bachelor's Degree (required) - Master's Degree (preferred) Licensure/Certification/Registration: - Florida Registered Nurse License (required) - BLS (required) Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required: - Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English - Excellent judgement and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of executives, employees, physicians, and other contacts while appropriately and discreetly handling confidential information - Ability to coordinate with teams, stay organized, and be effective in managing multiple priorities while meeting all commitments on a timely basis - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and receive leadership direction to complete tasks and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, external parties, physicians, and the public - 2-4 years RN experience
