Veterinary Specialty Hospital Roseville is hiring for a Hospitalist to work in collaboration with our Emergency Department.
We are a 24/7 hospital in the central Roseville, California area serving a large referral base.
The Position:
This person will work collaboratively with the ER team in the following capacity: Assisting in the intake and management of hospitalized emergency patientsCreating and recommending treatment plansMaintaining and updating medical recordsFacilitating transfer to the appropriate specialty service as neededThe ideal candidate will be internship trained or have at least 2 years of experience as a DVMCompensation range is $175-$190,000 depending on experienceThe Hospital:
A new 21,000 ft. hospital has arrived and has greatly increased our ability to serve pets and patients alike. This additional space allows us to expand our emergency treatment areas and add a new ICU that accommodates over 40 patients. We are expanding diagnostic capabilities for patients with the addition of CT and MRI, and increasing access to specialists by adding Surgery, expanding Internal Medicine services, adding Critical Care, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology and Radiology specialties over time.
