You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity. **Shift:** 1 st Shift **Pay Rate:** $18.03 per hour **Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday; 9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch) **Note:** Must also be willing to flex schedule, the scheduled hours are 9-6, but will be required to work past that on occasion when the law firm has social events that go past 6 PM, may be required to work till 8 - 9 PM to cover those events. You’ll be:** • Providing consistent and high-quality food and beverage set up/service to clients • Setting up and breaking down conference rooms according to event orders • Maintaining cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms • Assisting with general clerical, reception, copying, mail services, and shipping/receiving tasks • Reporting directly to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** • High School Diploma or equivalent **•** Have previous hospitality experience working in the food industry (restaurant work, **banquet serving/set up, conference room set-ups,** food ordering) • Are willing to flex your schedule to accommodate evening and weekend shifts • Possess strong social skills and professionalism, with excellent email etiquette and proper English skills • Have computer skills and are comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office (especially Excel) • Can lift up to 50 pounds and communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing • What happens next: Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
