Hospitality Assistant
Job Introduction

As a Hospitality Assistant at Sodexo in ATR Winchester, Winchester, SO22 6NQ, You're a real people person with excellent communication skills, Mainly customer facing, You'll interact with our Armed forces personnel every day, improving quality of life for all that you meet. 

What you’ll do: 

Set up dining areas ready for service, functions and meetings. Clean and sanitize equipment and workstations Serve and replenish food from counters and break down stations at the end of meal periods  Interact with customers in the serving, retail, and dining areas To support services within the Mess operational business area food service and bar service To support the Hospitality Supervisor to ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement are achieved. To maintain the dining, delivery service, meeting Client and company requirements to the highest standards, both for daily requirements and functions.

What you bring: 

Positive attitude, professionalism and respect for others  Basic food-handling skills  No previous experience required

Package Description 35 hours per week 5 days out of 7 - Variable shifts Monday - Friday Shift patterns will range from 06.30- 14.00 or 12.30-20.00 Rotating weekend's - 09.30- 14.30 & 16.30- 18.30 Saturday & Sunday. £11.44 per hour  Car parking Gym access Training provided Excellent progression opportunities
