The Hospitality Associate is responsible for:
Conducting incoming calls from external and internal customers regarding meal selections, meal scheduling and any additional questions regarding the food and nutrition services departmentConducting follow up calls regarding diet progressionUtilizing the EMR system for data entry Having a vast knowledge of specific diets and food selections
