Legal On-Site Services Specialist
Position Overview
This role provides operational support in a legal office environment, including hospitality duties (arranging refreshments, greeting clients, and preparing meeting rooms), operating high-volume copy, scanning, and mail equipment, and assisting with office events. Responsibilities also include handling sensitive documents, performing binding, filing, and quality control tasks, and ensuring equipment functionality. This position reports to the Site Manager or Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate high-volume copy, scanning, and mail equipment. Handle sensitive and time-sensitive legal documents. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring quality and functionality. Provide excellent customer service to legal staff and clients. Assist with office events, including setup, catering, and cleanup. Perform basic filing, scanning, and document formatting tasks. Troubleshoot and maintain equipment, such as copiers and binders. Coordinate shipping and receiving of materials. Ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared for events.Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. 1+ year of experience in the legal industry is preferred. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure. Valid driver’s license may be required.Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
