As the Hospitality and Event coordinator, you are responsible to plan & execute on-site, such as on boarding sessions and other internal meetings. Acts as a point of contact providing support with internal and customer related events. Manage an event, annual planning and room booking. Procures and coordinates vendor services. Coordinates with suppliers, set-up, A/V, equipment and catering requirements. If necessary, look for event locations and evaluate alternatives.

Main tasks & Responsibilities
\n\n\n\tPlan and execute employee general meetings on-site as employee on boardings and governmental visits as well for non-hosted events.
\n\t\n\t\n\tManage big rooms meeting calendar and manage user requests
\n\t\n\t\n\tWorks closely with employees to facilitate internal events coordination such as customer events
\n\t\n\t\n\tCoordinate with suppliers, technical teams, and strategic partners to ensure the quality and success of events.
\n\t\n\t\n\tOversee the logistical phases of the event, such as schedules, budgets, and necessary materials.
\n\t\n\t\n\tEnsure compliance with the requirements as well as Safety&Environment requirements
\n\t\n\t\n\tProvide support during events when needed
\n\t\n\t\n\tConduct post-event analyses, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in future initiatives
\n\t\n\t\n\tProvides support with improvement spaces, furniture and equipment and event-related studies
\n\t\n\t\n\tPerform administrative tasks related with events as purchase orders and invoices
\n\t\n\t\n\tParticipate in post-event evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement
\n\t\n\n\n\n\n
Qualifications and work experience
\n\n\n\tUniversity degree in Public Relations, Communication or Marketing
\n\t\n\t\n\tFluent Spanish and high English level
\n\t\n\t\n\tPrevious experience (3-5 years) working in a similar role
\n\t\n\t\n\tApplications with degrees in related fields and extensive experience in similar roles will also be considered
\n\t\n\n\n\n\n
