Hospitality Housekeeper

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and other designated areas of the hotel. This role is essential to providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests, contributing to their overall experience during their stay.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms.
+ Replace used towels, linens, and amenities (e.g., soap, shampoo) in guest rooms.
+ Ensure rooms are properly stocked with necessary supplies and report any shortages or maintenance issues to management.
+ Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and stairways.
+ Handle guests' personal items with care and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
+ Empty trash cans and dispose of waste appropriately.
+ Report any damages, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards to the supervisor or management immediately.
+ Assist in deep cleaning projects (e.g., carpet cleaning, window washing) as required.
+ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in storage and supply areas.
+ Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of guests, team members, and hotel property.
+ Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
**Qualifications:**
+ Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
+ Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a strong attention to detail.
+ Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with hotel staff and guests.
+ Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to [specify weight] lbs).
+ Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed.
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment is a plus.
