Hospitality Manager, Front of House
Come Play With Us! The Hospitality Manager plays a vital role at our Topgolf venues in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations within our locations. (100+ in the Unites States alone, with more on the way!) This role also involves overseeing and leading hourly staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Annual Base Salary: $72,000+ based on experience. Position also includes industry leading competitive quarterly bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K with company match, and a lucrative PTO package!

Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including food, beverages, alcohol, supplies, and equipment.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.Maintain top-tier cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special activities.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Prior experience in full-service restaurant management, food and beverage management, bar management, or a related hospitality leadership role REQUIRED.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Thorough understanding of restaurant/F&B operations and inventory management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
