Hospitality Manager
**The Hospitality Manager plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations within our venues. This role involves overseeing a large staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of service quality.** **Base Salary (Ontario, CA): from $65,000+ (position also includes competitive bonus structure, merit plan, full benefits, 401K, and PTO)** **Job Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. + Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction. + Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of inventory, including food, beverages, supplies, and equipment. + Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement. + Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. + Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally. + Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards. + Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and other activities. **Critical Skills & Experience Requirements** + Prior experience in full-service restaurant management, food and beverage management, or a related hospitality/FOH role is required. + Strong leadership and team management skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. + Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands. + Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications. + Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
