Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of bar staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance bar efficiency and guest satisfaction.Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of bar inventory, including beverages, supplies, and equipment.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to uphold service standards.Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events, promotions, and special bar-related activities.Critical Skills & Experience RequirementsPrior experience in bar management or a related hospitality role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Thorough understanding of beverage operations and inventory management.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
