**Meaningful Work From Day One:**
The Hospitality Service Supervisor will lead the team in delivering premium food and beverage services across all Culinary & Hospitality operations at the corporate headquarters. This role is responsible for training and development of service team members while continually identifying opportunities for improvement of services offered. Through observation, evaluation, and report analytics, the manager plays a key role in the evolution of hospitality services.
**What You Can Expect:**
● Lead team members through training, professional guidance and development, and brand education.
● Execute performance management activities for team members to ensure adherence to company values and policies, in addition to food safety and quality standards.
● Collaborate with colleagues to plan and oversee execution of internal meetings and special events.
● Collaborate with Senior Manager and Executive Chef to develop and implement catering offerings and systems of delivery.
● Manage campus coffee service details of inventory, maintenance, and vendor relationship.
● Partner with Managing Chef to evaluate trends from reports, customer feedback, and observations to make recommendations impacting business.
● Assist Senior Manager with maintenance, programming, and reporting of point-of-sale technology.
● Reconcile and report operational cash ow across all departmental operations.
● Manage departmental operating supplies, including uniforms, linens, non-alcoholic beverages, and wine & spirits.
**What You Bring to the Table:**
● Minimum of two years experience in a hospitality leadership role. For Example: Restaurant
Manager, Catering Supervisor, Bar Manager, or Food Service Supervisor.
● Demonstrated commitment to leading and developing others with experience leading two or more direct reports.
● Current certifications in food safety and responsible alcoholic beverage service, or ability to successfully obtain within 30 days of employment.
● Strong computer skills with current, or the ability to quickly build proficiency in, Google Workspace.
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate and connect work to others within the business to ensure relevance and effectiveness

● Experience in specialty alcohol-free and alcohol-based drink creation.
● Experience with meeting and event planning.
