Responsibilities include serving holiday-themed beverages, providing top notch customer service, and creating a friendly, festive atmosphere for our guests. Experience in bar or hospitality industry preferred. Must have a passion for the holiday season and a knack for spreading holiday cheer. Qualifications: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Customer service-oriented attitude + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Strong problem-solving skills + Attention to detail Responsibilities: + As first point of guest contact you will be responsible for setting the tone of the experience with a warm welcome and expert knowledge of the space and offerings. + Guiding guests to find their desired experience. + Per training, operate ticket software to check in guests as they enter the space. + Converse with guests as they arrive, offering options for seating and beverages. Schedule: This is a part-time, seasonal position with evening and weekend shifts required. Availability on Christmas Eve is also necessary.
